Information you choose to share

The room planner keeps your choices on the page while you use it. If you select Request my clean, NKS Cleaning stores the contact information and cleaning details you enter, including your name, reply email, optional phone, city, service, selected rooms, timing, product preferences, products or fragrances to avoid, and notes. We use these details to review and answer your request. Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment. If you choose text or email instead, a draft opens in your own app and you decide whether to send it.

If you email, text, or call NKS Cleaning, we receive the information you share through that service. Your inquiry provides the details for discussing your cleaning request with NKS Cleaning. Keep door codes, alarm codes, payment information, and other sensitive access details out of the planner.

Website requests are stored with a notification record. When the separate request sender is active, our email provider Resend receives the request details and sends NKS Cleaning a notification with your email as Reply-To. If a notification fails, the request remains stored for authorized NKS staff to review and retry. Provider acceptance does not guarantee inbox delivery. To reduce automated submissions, we may store a pseudonymous security marker derived from network information; the request database does not store the raw network address.

Client agreements and electronic signatures

If NKS Cleaning prepares an agreement for you, this website stores the completed agreement, your contact and service details, the representative’s approval, your typed signature and electronic signing consent, and the dates and times of those actions. We keep this record to document the agreed work and manage the service relationship. Agreement records are available to authorized NKS administrators.

Agreement invitations and signed copies use our email delivery provider, Resend, when sending is active. Replies go to nkscleaningutah@gmail.com. Your private signing link gives access to your agreement, so please do not forward it. Signing links expire after 14 days; signed copies remain downloadable through the customer link for 90 days after signing. Download and retain your copy. The website does not automatically delete the stored agreement when the customer link expires.

Contact NKS if you would prefer another way to review the agreement. Contact NKS about corrections, access, or deletion requests. Do not include payment card numbers, door codes or alarm codes in an agreement.

Booking through Google

The booking link opens Google Calendar. Information entered there is handled by Google and shared with NKS Cleaning to arrange the appointment. Google’s privacy policy applies to its booking page.

Website services and external links

Website hosting and security providers process technical information such as your IP address and page requests to deliver and protect this website. Google, Facebook, and Instagram links open their own services, which have their own privacy policies.

Website activity

We collect first-party page-view counts, use of the room builder, and clicks on phone, text, email and booking links to understand how the website is used. We record the page path, referring website domain and approved campaign tags, without contact details, complete referring URLs or raw network addresses. Network information is used to create a daily pseudonymous abuse-control marker; it is not used to identify a person across days. These activity records are kept for up to 180 days. Our collector uses no cookies or browser storage and skips requests that signal Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.

When you submit a cleaning request, available campaign tags and the referring domain from that page may be included with it so NKS can understand where the inquiry came from. A direct or unknown source may be shown when that information is unavailable. Contact-button clicks are not confirmation that a message, call or booking was completed. Only authorized NKS staff and Artanis can review private requests and reporting.

Cookies and planner storage

The NKS room planner does not use cookies, local storage, or advertising trackers to save selections before submission. Reloading the page resets unsubmitted choices. Requests you submit through the website are stored on the server as described above. Team workspace sign in uses the hosting service’s authentication cookies. Hosting services and services you visit through external links may have their own cookie and technical data practices.

Client photographs

NKS Cleaning’s policy is to keep client identities, addresses, and photo locations private. Cleaning photographs displayed on this site do not include client city labels. Photograph permissions for your individual service are described in your client agreement.
